1 can baked beans or Spaghetti ($1)
1 Can of tuna 185g ($1)
1 400ml Botlle of juice (25c)
TeaBags x 6
Cup of soup Vegiful (50c)
Pasta and Sauce
Small box Cornflakes or other cereal
1 piece of fruit or tin of fruit
1 bread roll or packet of crackers
Provides Breakfast of cereal and milk and juice, lunch of Beans
and Tea of tuna and pasta.
cost $6-$7 per box and a bus ticket or $10 gift card for petrol
or other costs
Good for Uni Students and Single Pensioners
Can be boxed and stored on shelf eg at University or packed fresh
when sourced from TAWI direct.
Includes a list of other resources to access longer term help.

Outline
To supply assistance to pensioners in the community who follow
an alternative spiritual path by providing a small amount of food
each week.
Including:
1 loaf bread
7 pieces fruit
cheap meat
some fresh vegies
1l juice
donated goods in cans
$10 gift card for other goods (if urgent)
To help with the rising costs of food
Nomination by email and Pensioner must meet criteria for ongoing
"Adopted help"
Upon registration of "Adopted" Pensioner will be assigned
a family/ group or Temple

Toiletry Pack Includes Toothpaste, brush, pads, shampoo samples
and a bar of soap
Pet Pack includes a can of dog food and/or packet of cat food
Baby Pack includes 4 nappies, jar of food and sample of cereal
(no formula as we want to remain supportive of natural methods of
baby nutrition however gift card can be supplied at our discretion
for such things)
These can be sourced as samples from suppliers to.... many companies
give away gift samples

Pagan Parenting
Group
Meetings held once a month to help build a sense of community for
families with initially younger children and build a strong sense
of community for the future.
These events are currently laid back and very informal to keep
costs to parents low.
